Orders $50.00 - $75.00   $6.95
Orders $75.01 - $99.99   $8.95


Orders of $100 or OVER will ship FREE!

We currently do not ship any products outside of the United States.

Return Policy

At OxyTech, our number one priority is helping you select the right products. However, you may occasionally receive a product that doesn’t work for you. In that case, you may need to return an item, and our policy and procedures are as follows: Most items are returnable for a full refund of the item price (minus a 15% restocking fee), as long as they are returned within 30 days of your receipt.

As you can expect, to qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition. Any merchandise unsuitable for resale will not be accepted. I'm sorry, but all shipping and handling charges are your responsibility.

We will then contact you with shipping instructions for your return. Please don't return an item without contacting us first.

You can be assured that OxyTech stands by the quality, cleanliness and sterility of the products we offer. Due to the sensitive nature of incontinence products and diabetes test kits, and personal care products such as transfer benches, bath benches, commodes and raised toilet seats, OxyTech cannot give a refund or credit for any item(s) which are ordered.

If an incorrect or defective item was shipped in error by OxyTech, we will arrange to have the merchandise picked up and we will resend the appropriate product at the cost of OxyTech.
