What type of credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover credit cards, money orders, and cashier's checks. We also accept payment through Pay Pal.

How long will it take before I receive my shipment?

If your order is placed before 12:00 p.m. EST Monday - Friday, it will be processed the same day to give you the fastest delivery possible. Many orders are shipped directly from our manufacturer's warehouses. Most of the major ones, Invacare and Sunrise, for instance, ship within 24 hours. However, please allow 2 - 5 for your order to arrive at your destination.

Do you offer product warranties?

We will provide whatever the individual manufacturer provides. Each product will have a warranty card included with the shipment. It is very important to filled it out and mail it back to the manufacturer. If there is ever a problem with something you purchased from us, please let us know - we want to hear from you so we can help.

What happens if I need to return and item?

We will accept returns on most products within 30 days of receipt (NOTE: for products that are non-returnable, please see below), as long as they are in unused, original condition, with all original packaging, components, instructions, and warranty materials. In other words, if it can be resold as new, we will take it back. If there was a problem that was our fault, we will have the item picked up at no charge. For any other reason, you pay the return shipping charges and our cost of shipping the product to you (if applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

Bathroom products (commode/shower chairs, shower wheelchairs, transfer benches, commodes, incontinence supplies, etc) that have been opened cannot be accepted for return unless the item is defective; we think anyone can understand why. Stockings, hosiery, and any other items that have been worn on a person's body cannot be returned because of hygiene reasons - the items cannot be resold as new. Cushions, mattresses, pillows, and any upholstered item may not be returned unless the item is defective. Repair parts that have been marked up, scratched, etc, and electrical parts that have been installed cannot be returned; our parts sources won't take parts back that have been installed for any reason.
